Hello and welcome….I appreciate your joining me!
Thank you for checking my blog. In this blog I will attempt to explore life using Ironman as a metaphor for learning. I am a long time competitive triathlete who has used Ironman (2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike, and 26.2 mile marathon run) races as an avenue to explore, enhance, and communicate life’s progression and road to success.
I intend to post weekly, probably on Monday mornings. Please feel free to contact me with your thoughts and ideas. Thank you for joining me in this journey!
Enjoyed your web page and all the interesting articles. Best wishes to you in the competition. I’m sure your positive attitude will bring you much success! Good luck!

David–Finally took a look at your webpage as you can see from the time of my email, life is crazy and work never ends. However I strongly believe in the concept of strong body strong mind and transformed my little sessions in my ladies’ gym four years ago to competitive strength training today. I agree with you that the fitness lifestyle has far more spiritual benefits than physical. I can manage the practice of law; the business of law; two young children (one disabled) with greater focus and self-satisfaction when anchored to this lifestyle change. I hope my children flourish from it as yours seem to shine. See you in Miami in November for the meeting–susan
